Nose Reshaping

Be confident about your nose

Nose-reshaping, which in medical terms is called rhinoplasty, can now be safely achieved using dermal fillers. This is a safe alternative to a surgical rhinoplasty and achieves instant results without the need to endure weeks of postoperative recovery.

What can dermal filler rhinoplasty achieve?

A non-surgical nose job using dermal filler injections can treat a number of misshapen nose concerns:
  • Straighten a slightly crooked nose
  • Straighten a hooked nose
  • Create a nose tip
  • Correct a nose bump
  • Correct asymmetric noses
  • Give more height and definition to a small nose
  • Smooth a mild to moderate bump on the nose bridge
  • Straighten out a mild to moderate nasal tip droop

As nose filler treatments do not require a hospital theatre they are a lot less expensive than surgery. However, unlike surgery, the results (although long lasting) are temporary and will need to be repeated if you wish to maintain them.

We always recommend a subtle approach to create a natural looking reshaped nose. You can always build on the effect with subsequent top up treatments, which will be tailored at every visit so that your desired nose shape is achieved in a soft and subtle way.

Some patients elect to trial a non-permanent new nose shape using a dermal filler rhinoplasty treatments, which typically costs between £400 - £950, before then proceeding to a permanent surgical rhinoplasty treatment, which costs between £4,500 - £7,500, once they are happy with the desired shape they want to achieve.

Your journey starts with a consultation, with a doctor or nurse, to determine if nose fillers are appropriate for you and agree your desired outcome.

The treatment takes about 30 minutes, but you may be required to arrive 30 mins earlier for the application of an anaesthetic cream for your comfort.  Most patients do not experience any downtime and immediately continue their work or social engagements, but you may get light swelling.

Your treatment plan includes a complimentary review 14-28 days after the procedure where any adjustments can be made, at the practitioner's discretion, in order to achieve the outcome agreed at consultation.

You should be able to spot an immediate difference to the shape of your nose, although optimum results will be seen at 2 weeks when any swelling has disappeared.

Dermal fillers are not permanent and are naturally broken down by your body over time. Depending on your choice of filler - results will last between 6-18 months. You can maintain your desired nose shape with repeat treatments.
