Dermalux Phototherapy

"Non-contact skin rejuvenation"

Dermalux is a gentle way to help achieve a clear skin complexion by stimulating natural responses in the skin cells to resolve skin conditions such as facial redness or spot prone skin. It is particularly good for rosacea sufferers.

If you want to rejuvenate ageing skin, then the Dermalux ENERGISE treatment is perfect for you. It combines red and near-infrared wavelengths to recharge and energising your skin cells. This strengthens the skin and enhances its natural cellular regeneration. The treatment also stimulates the production of collagen and elastin to improve your skin’s elasticity and thus reduce fine lines. The result is you look fresher and with a healthy skin complexion.

RESOLVE treatments help prevent breakouts and skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis. Using a combination of blue and near-infrared wavelengths the Dermalux reduces the number of comedones and pustules whilst calming and soothing your skin. It works by targeting the bacteria that cause breakouts, as well as reducing sebum production, redness and inflammation – all without irritation, pain or downtime.

REJUVENATE uses a combination of red, blue and near-infrared wavelengths to soothe the skin, stimulate skin cell regeneration, reduce inflammation and reduce facial redness. It’s also a extremely therapeutic by helping to calm anxiety.

We often associate skin exposure to light with negative effects such as photodamage, but light also has many positive influences. Light helps our bodies produce vitamin D, provides energy and serotonin, and encourages cell growth to rejuvenate collagen in your skin.

The spectrum of light is divided into those that you can see, such as red and blue light, and those you can’t, such as UV and near-infrared. Different types of light stimulate different responses in your skin, so while over exposure to UV is very damaging, controlled levels of near-infrared, blue and red light are clinically proven to be rejuvenate skin.

Dermalux itself is wonderfully relaxing – you simply lie back and let Dermalux work its' magic. The treatment does not use UV light, so it won’t give you a tan or harm your skin, and it’s safe to use even if you’re using skin care products that can increase your skin’s sensitivity to light.

Dermalux can be used in combination with microdermabrasion, microneedling and chemical peels to enhance results.
