Get wow results and love how your clothes fit better, feel better, and look better.

What to expect in your CoolSculpting® journey:

Our CoolSculpting® doctors or nurses will access your needs and determine if you are a suitable candidate. If you are they will make you a tailored treatment plan.

Our CoolSculpting® aestheticians will apply the controlled cooling device according to your treatment plan. Each fat freezing cycle will take between 35 and 45 mins. You may have multiple treatments in one day.

You can return to your normal activities and will start to see results between 1-3 months. With full results showing at 4 months.

Your doctor or nurse will review  you at 1 month to check there are no complications. They will then review you again at 4 months to examine your CoolSculpting® results.

You require a CoolSculpting® consultation to discuss your concerns, review your medical history and determine if the treatment is appropriate for you. If it is your practitioner will create an individual treatment plan specific to you which details the number of cycles required during treatment. Cycles can be used to treat multiple areas or the same area multiple times.

Am I a good candidate for CoolSculpting?

Woman having a CoolSculpting evaluationThe CoolSculpting fat-reduction procedure is specially designed for those who have unwanted fat in targeted areas. Unlike weight-loss surgery (e.g., gastric bypass), the CoolSculpting procedure is not a weight-loss solution for people who are obese. Good candidates for the CoolSculpting procedure have noticeable bulges in certain areas they’d like to get rid of with a BMI of less than 30.
To find out if Coolsculpting is suitable for you arrange a 30 mins consultation with one of our doctors or nurses - it only costs £25 and will give you all the answers.

How much does a CoolSculpting treatment plan cost?

Woman asking how much CoolSculpting costsThe price for CoolSculpting procedures varies depending on your areas of concern, the number of treatments needed, and your ultimate goals. Most patients opt to receive treatments in multiple body areas in order to achieve their goals. The cost typically ranges between £1,300 - £3,200 for their personalised treatment plan depending on the number of areas treated.
A your consultation you can create a customised treatment plan, in person, with your practitioner  that’s tailored to your body, your goals, and your budget.

How long is each CoolSculpting treatment?

A man watch a video on his iPad during a Coolsculpting treatmentYour CoolSculpting doctor or nurse will help you create an individualised treatment plan tailored to your specific goals. The length of your CoolSculpting treatment will vary depending on the number of areas being treated during one visit.
DR VICTORIA uses the latest CoolSculpting technology which means that we can treat a patient in 35-45 minutes for each area. Depending on the treatment plan we will treat 2-6 areas in one day at the clinic making the process more convenient for you with less disruption.
You can bring in your iPad or tablet and hook up to our WiFi. Many patients read, check email, or even take a nap during their treatments.

Are there any CoolSculpting side effects?

woman having Coolsculpting procedureDuring the CoolSculpting procedure you may initially experience sensations of pulling, tugging, mild pinching, intense cold, tingling, stinging and aching at the treatment site, but these will subside as the area becomes numb. At DR VICTORIA we use the latest CoolSculpting technology making it more comfortable during treatment than older devices.

Following the procedure, typical side effects include temporary redness, swelling, blanching, bruising, firmness, tingling, stinging, tenderness, cramping, aching, itching, or skin sensitivity. These effects are temporary and generally resolve within 1-2 weeks.

What happens if I gain weight after CoolSculpting?

Woman examining her body in a mirrorMany people, after seeing the results from their CoolSculpting procedure, feel even more motivated to stay close to their ideal weight.

However, if you do gain weight, your body will store it in the remaining fat cells. This means your weight gain will be more obvious in areas not treated by CoolSculpting where you have more fat cells remaining.

CoolSculpting removes fat cells in targetted areas for body sculpting. It is not a treatment for obesity or weight loss.

Does CoolSculpting require me to follow a diet plan?

No supplements are required after your CoolSculpting treatment and it’s not a diet programme.

At your CoolSculpting consultation you will discuss your lifetsyle habits, and our doctor or nurse may recommend some changes in order for you to maintain the best results. However, these are never drastic and could be something as simple as getting more exercise through walking to work or reducing your calorie intake by drinking less fizzy drinks.

Many patients do feel more motivated to take care of themselves after a CoolSculpting treatment. It’s as if they got a second lease on their body! They want to take even better care of themselves.
